Analysis Critical Control Point safety management system. It meets the 'Due Diligence', EC
Hygiene Directive 93/43/EEC (due to be released as a REQUIREMENT) and the joint FAO/WHO
Codex Alimentarius Commission (Alinorm 97/13A) guidelines. It includes the auditing
