WindowBlinds is
a program that lets users transform the Windows GUI. It Extends Windows XP to support
additional visual styles. It also makes Windows 98/ME/2000 fully customizeable. With
WindowBlinds, every element of the user interface can be changed (title bars, push
buttons, radio buttons, and so on). WindowBlinds can make a Windows system look like
Windows XP, MacOS, or even something completely new. Version 3.1 adds gamma correction and
a new skin format called Extended Visual Styles that works on all versions of Windows and
are roughly twice as fast as the visual styles found in Windows XP. Version 3.1A features
