ตั้งเวลานอนให้กับเครื่องของคุณ
สามารถตั้งได้ 2 แบบ คือ
ตั้งเวลารีสตารส์เครื่องและตั้งเวลาปิดเครื่อง
ส่วนการตั้งนั้นก็สามารถตั้งแยกเป็นวันวันได้
เช่น
ตั้งให้วันอังคารปิดเครื่องตอน 4
โมง วันพุธปิดตอน 5 โมง |

Sleepy is
software that keeps people from using the computer too much -- it shuts down the computer
at a specific time each day. You can specify when and which days of the week to shut down,
whether or not Sleepy can be canceled, and other options. Sleepy doesn't show any
distracting windows or icons while it's running, and is difficult to deactivate.
